There is on my desk a small metal picture frame given to me by a dear friend, with these words: Write the vision and make it plain. While the balance of the verse says, that he may run who reads it, the Hebrew meaning is actually, that he may read fluently and easily.

For anyone dealing with Scripture on any level, this must certainly be the goal. I have, for quite some time, wanted to share my pleasure in reading through the Bible each year—in a way that is fluent and easy, in addition to interesting and inspiring. This complete revamping of the website is the result. I invite you to have a look at the Home Page and the other links which include:

  • the catalyst for this yearly undertaking
  • my personal history
  • a list of published work
  • all my previous posts, categorized

The newly designed site now goes live just before I leave for a third study tour in Israel with Shoresh Tours. This means my initial posts will concentrate on the trip (as internet service permits). I will also share on Facebook and Instagram. It is a fantastic ten days of immersion in biblical history. I am looking forward to illuminating many of the places so familiar to my readers.

Once you’ve looked around the website, won’t you consider joining my email list and receiving my posts directly in your inbox? I love being on this journey in the blessed company of fellow believers. Soli Dei gloria.
